Help and advice Overview What to expect When you call us, we will ask for your name and phone number. One of our advisors will call you back within two working days (Mon-Fri) to find out more about any issues you’re dealing with. If it’s something we can help with, they’ll assign you a caseworker and arrange for you to have a meeting, either in our office or over the phone. This is a chance for you to discuss your difficulties in more detail, and for the caseworker to give you some advice on the next steps you need to take. Your caseworker will keep in touch with you and let you know about anything else you need to do. All of our caseworkers are very friendly and have a lot of experience of helping people with different issues. If you have any concerns please feel free to get in touch.
