Z2K’s Statement on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Following Government directive on Coronavirus, otherwise known as Covid-19, we have taken the difficult decision to operate with reduced on-site staff. Please be aware that we will not be holding any face-to-face meetings for the rest of March 2020, pending further developments. Unfortunately, we will also not be conducting any outreach sessions from Monday 16th March 2020 for the next two weeks. This is not an easy decision, but the health and well being of our volunteers, the people we support, and staff is our priority.
We feel the best thing we can do at this time is keep travel and face-to-face contact to a minimum. Although we are not conducting face-to-face meetings or attending outreach sessions, we are confident we can continue to provide our services to new and existing clients. If you have a new enquiry, or wish to open a new case, press 2. We have extended the opening times for new referrals during this period from 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
If you are calling about an existing case, press 3.
For all other matters, press 4.
